PathWork partnered with Melt Studio to build and launch a high-conversion marketing site and internal tools. With a $3.5M seed round on the horizon, they needed to move fast—crafting a digital presence that impressed investors, attracted leads, and laid the foundation for future product growth.

HeadRace $6 million in funding to democratize the hiring process through tech. MeltStudio partnered with HeadRace an US-based recruiting platform to streamline development and deliver AI measurable performance with high efficiency and quality tracking.

Melt provided exceptional services for us at RallyChat. I truly appreciated how quickly you ramped up on the project—sorting out access, setting up the tech, and adopting my kanban board seamlessly. Regular stand-ups kept communication flowing, and your use of Slack was professional and concise. The quality of work was outstanding, with excellent judgment, independent thinking, and clear communication on design decisions. Overall, an extremely professional experience—significantly better than the Globant contractors I worked with this year.

A quick shoutout to Melt, it's been several months now and it's clear that our new dev team has been crushing expectations all around. Shoutout to Camila who has been killing it on uhc and flex, especially on uhc, which basically gave us documentation for a platform that only exists in their dreams. Considering she's doing this without a test environment which uhc guaranteed us, Camila has put in a lot of elbow grease to make this implementation seemingly smooth sailing. Additional shoutouts to Yuli and Miguel who both have stepped into the shoes of past RPS teammates to support internal operational functions as well as put the pedal on the gas to churn out product developments. Lastly to Yulys and Austin who have seamlessly taken in the project reigns from Natali alongside the rest of Melt. Special shoutout to Sebastian who is always helping from the shadows but more recently has been contributing a great deal of effort to help resolve some longstanding revenue analytics issues. So thank you to our Melt teammates for being able to hop in immediately, helping EM put some very big pieces into place at this critical moment of our company's growth! 🎉🎉

hi juan, wanted to drop a note, i think luis has really stepped up, he's meeting my expectations especially over the last week. will keep monitoring but this is really promising. in other news, wanted to leave feedback for the dev team, hans, oscar, and sebastian have been absolute superstars. i've never worked with a group of guys who are so good about executing good quality code aligned to business expectations. when i don't have to touch the SDLC constantly and almost have too little to do for a project i know the team is proactive. please let them know they're doing great. off the back of this, i work for another company that is seeking an initial exploration into moving away from eastern europe in their current engagement, would love to have a discussion with you about that company's needs as well. 4 person team + pm. we are only just barely getting started with exploring the idea of changing the team but i thought i'd throw it your way as a heads up for possibility.

I'm impressed by something on a weekly basis. Most recently I've been happy to see the melt studio engineers knocking out tech debt on with minimum direction from me.

Exceptionally high skill and little oversight required, which at the moment allows me to work on other parts of the project. The engineers are self-starters and take initiative on their own. I really look forward to working long-term with you all

Working with Melt is my favorite part of my entire job. The Melt team is an extension of the internal Amatis team because of their personal investment with our product.

Most of my favorite service experiences occur when the company foresees my needs and questions before I ask. For example, digital trackers that inform me on the progress of my service (eg Dominos, Amazon, etc). Other service experiences I especially enjoy occur when a company integrates its solution with another solution I already use to create synergies or efficiencies (eg Uber + Expensify), and when a company provides painless returns/discounts when I'm not satisfied with the product's qualities (eg REI).

Erika and her team have literally brought what is in my head to life - it has been incredible to work together - plus she is SO patient and such a hard worker.

Melt Studio was critical in helping us get our project off the ground. When we first onboarded with the team, Melt gave us countless hours of support from their most senior developers to bootstrap our project and get things moving. The breadth of their knowledge across infrastructure and architecture is impressive. We were able to make more progress in just a couple weeks than we otherwise would have made in months. I won't ever forget that. Many more amazing experiences since then :) but that's my favorite!
